Calling All Water-Loving Dogs!

Have you ever wanted to take your dog swimming with you? Well, now you can!

The City of Corpus Christi Parks & Recreation Department invites all dogs and their owners to its 6th Annual Doggy Dip.

Let your pooch try the doggie paddle at our pool! The pool will be open for any dog who wants to take a dip before we drain and clean the pool. Owners and dogs can join in the water fun with contests, games, and general swim time. Great prizes will be awarded for the fastest swimmer, longest jump and the best trick.

RULES/REQUIREMENTS: Dogs swim at their own risk and at their owner’s risk. Any dog owner wishing to participate must provide proof of Distemper, Parvo and Rabies shots before their dog will be permitted in the pool facility. The leash law will not be in effect, however, unruly dogs will be asked to leave and owners will be asked to clean up after their dog. Female dogs in heat will not be allowed.

COST: Pool admission is $5.00 per dog, and owners get in FREE.
